Celebrate St Patrick's Day with a dram from the Emerald Isle
To earn its stripes, Irish whiskey must be produced in Ireland and aged in wood for a minimum of three years. Bourbon barrels are commonly used, but to get to grips with this diverse dram, try those aged in sherry, rum and double-charred casks too.
