To help families manage the cost of their Christmas dinners four retailers have announced they are selling bags of veg for just 15p
Four major supermarkets have announced they are cutting the price of Christmas vegetables in the run-up to the big day.
Asda became the latest retailer to say they would be selling discounted food on Friday. From Thursday, December 19 to 24, shoppers instore or online will be able to get 1kg carrots , 2kg potatoes 500g sprouts , 360g broccoli and 500g parsnips for just 15p each.Lidl is also doing a similar promotion selling a number of items for 15p. They include British parsnips , British carrots , British brussel sprouts , echalion shallots , British swede and white potatoes .
The Christmas vegetables offer will be in stores nationwide from December 19 to 24, while stocks last. Aldi's Festive Super Six Promotion is up for grabs in stores between 19-24 December, while stocks last.
