Keir Starmer's Labour government has been trumpeting its ambitions for home building. A target has now been set at 370,408 new homes in the coming year. But how are these spread out across the UK, and how many of them will be in Greater Manchester? Of those 370,408 homes, 97,992, or 24 per cent, are for London, three times as many as for the North West which has just 29,940, around eight per cent.
