The picturesque little village near Loch Long has been ranked as one of the most underrated staycation destinations in the UK.
. The holiday rental company ranked the little-known villages across the UK with its 2022 UK Hidden Gem Index.
Each area was ranked based on a number of factors including climate, rainfall, how many pubs are in the area and how hidden the village is. Arrochar came in at number 11 on this list, and lies close to some stunning views in Scotland, including the incredible viewpoint at the Rest and Be Thankful.The village is a popular visit for walkers and hikers, due to its proximity to the Arrochar Alps and the Cobbler, also known as Ben Arthur.
