It's definitely not a place you can just go to for a week or two, but some people think they can do it. If you do insist on visiting, do it for more than a couple of weeks because it will take you time to adjust and before you know it, you're on your plane back home., but everything else on top, and even though it's on the other side of the world, it's just really similar.
The main difference is that Australia has way more animals that can kill you than the UK, which ruins some of the perks. Then on the land, there's spiders and snakes and all sorts that can get you, that we just don't have to worry about in the UK.I know plenty of Brits love it out there and that's fine, to each their own, but I can't get my head around why.
