Vicky's was the place to go if you fancied rubbing shoulders with the stars 🤩
For anyone hoping to engage in a little bit of star-spotting while on a night out in Glasgow back in the 1990s, Vicky's on Sauchiehall Street was the place to be.
And for locals, it served as the ideal spot to mingle with the A-to-Z listers while enjoying a good old night out on the tiles. More often than not, however, they'd be met with a grim-faced Vicky's bouncer pointing firmly to the back of the line. Still, at least they tried. Some of the big names in showbiz understood to have ascended the club's famous illuminated staircase down the years include Prince, Madonna and David Bowie, while champion boxer Mike Tyson loved the club so much he was once pictured swanning out at 3am.
