The Ivy Collection is opening its first Liverpool restaurant on Castle Street
The Ivy Brasserie has confirmed it will open in time for the festive season. The restaurant and bar move into the former Bank of England site on Castle Street though an exact opening date is yet to be confirmed. The Ivy's collection of bars and restaurants is renowned for exceptional service, food and atmosphere, with the latest and first Liverpool venue expected to continue its legacy. This will be The Ivy Collection's 43rd restaurant.
There will also be a variety of ever-changing seasonal dishes and monthly specials including classic steak cuts and lobster linguine. The Ivy Liverpool Brasserie will be led by Liverpool’s Kate Keyes, an experienced general manager with extensive experience in the city’s hospitality scene. Laura Mills, managing director at The Ivy Collection, said: “We’re so excited to bring The Ivy Collection to the fantastic city of Liverpool.
