The Killer trailer has been revealed, featuring Nathalie Emmanuel as an assassin trying to save a blind girl, while a cop chases after her.

It also highlights some of the remake’s action-packed sequences. The is scheduled to premiere on August 23, exclusively on Peacock.
Peacock’s The Killer is once again directed by Woo from a screenplay written by Brian Helgeland. Joining Emmanuel in the remake are Omar Sy , Sam Worthington , Diana Silvers , Eric Cantona , Tchéky Karyo , and Grégory Montel . The film is produced by Woo, Charles Roven, Alex Gartner, and Lorin Tilkin deFelice, with Terence Chang and Robin Fisichella executive producing.
“It follows Zee, a mysterious and infamous assassin known, and feared, in the Parisian underworld as the Queen of the Dead,” reads the synopsis. “But when, during an assignment from her shadowy mentor and handler, Zee refuses to kill a blinded young woman in a Paris nightclub, the decision will disintegrate Zee’s alliances, attract the attention of a savvy police investigator, and plunge her into a sinister criminal conspiracy that will set her on a collision course with her own past.
