The property market is difficult at the moment, whether it's uncertainty from the recent general election, financial strains from the cost of living crisis, or a lack of affordable homes. Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.” The research shows that the most expensive street in Nottingham is Wollaton Road, where three properties sold for an average of £1,218,333.
