This year's theme is a mix of magical and interactive
How about a game of sub zero shuffleboard, sliding the puck on an icy surface? Freezing fun is to be had with frosty noughts and crosses or you can try your hand at throwing bean bags in icy holes.
Every year since the first Ice Bar was introduced to Nottingham in 2016 the sculptures have had a different theme. Previously there's been a bobsleigh, a bear, Torvill and Dean, Helter Skelter and last year Forest manager Steve Cooper put in a chilly appearance alongside a Gingerbread Man and Cinderella.Other icy artwork this year includes magical characters, amongst them a frozen wizard, unicorn, fairy and a troll - all surrounding a bar made of ice.
They can choose from lager, cider, vodka, gin and shots or to help keep warm, hot drinks such as mulled wine and Bailey's hot chocolate are available.The bar has been manufactured for more than 60 years and is the latest confectionary product disappearing from the shelves following Cadbury scrapping some Dairy Milk varietiesThe cheapest supermarket lasagne ready meals for one was from Asda, at £3, while Morrisons had the most expensive version, priced at £3.
