The One Show’s Alex Jones admits to ‘horrible’ baby blues after birth of first son
The One Show’s Alex Jones has revealed her ‘horrible’ baby blues and the difficulty she faced attempting to breastfeed her first baby.
‘There’s a lot of talk about post natal depression at the beginning, it can affect anyone of us,’ she admitted. The 42-year-old was speaking on Guide Dogs’ new series podcast, I See What You’re Saying alongside Paralympic gold medallist Libby Clegg and Hetal Bapodra, a blind mum of two sighted children.
