Tanisha opened up about the harrowing time when her father Mario was diagnosed with esophageal cancer when she was just fourteen, the Mirror reports. The care that she experienced inspired Tanisha to offer support to other youngsters grappling with similar losses. Upon hearing Tanisha's experience, cameras captured Roman wiping his eyes, while an audibly choked-up Alex spoke directly to Tanisha's mother in the studio audience, commending Tanisha's bravery: "It's a huge loss to you as a family, you must be so proud of her.
The squad includes Tanisha, Emily, 21, from North London; Ethan, 16, from Bridgend; and Grace, 19, from Glasgow. Fans showed their warmth on Twitter, with comments such as "What amazing children #TheOneShow," accompanied by a heart emoji.
