Ruben Amorim has agreed a deal to become the new head coach at Man United and the Portuguese might have touched down in the Premier League before now.
Manchester United have been 'informed' about the reasons behind West Ham's decision to pass on the chance to appoint Ruben Amorim as their new manager earlier this year. Amorim is expected to be appointed by United and the deal to take him to Old Trafford from Sporting CP has been agreed.
As per reports from The Daily Mail, it's reported that West Ham officials 'rejected' Amorim because he had only managed in one country and they were seeking a more seasoned manager to replace David Moyes. With this in mind, the club appointed former Wolves, Sevilla, Real Madrid, Spain and Porto boss Julen Lopetegui.
