The regions where house prices have dropped most, with biggest fall in South East 🔴 CallumCMason reports:
in the area have dropped by 3.9 per cent in the region, to an average of £382,489 in the year to July.
The next largest drop, of 3.5 per cent was seen in Greater London, followed by falls of 3.3 per cent in the South West of England and Wales., with prices holding steady at £250,285 on average. The data is based on the three most recent months of approved mortgage data.
