She continued, expressing the deep bond she shares with the bear: "Where I couldn't share things with Mum and Dad because they would get upset I would share them with Ted and it's just my comfort."
Sarah was utterly astonished by Teddy's transformation, exclaiming: "Wow. It's got a face with blue eyes. It's so lovely."
