Expert shares 'right' date to put up Christmas tree - and it's earlier than you think
While Christmas seems like months away, there is less than 100 days until the festive season is upon us.
Some people may wait until December to put up their tree, while others are happy to pull out the decorations right after Halloween. While there is no right or wrong time to start the festivities, there are questions as to whether there is an exact date we should be putting up the Christmas tree. When should I put up the Christmas tree? Advent typically starts four Sundays before Christmas day, making Sunday, November 27 the ideal date to start decorating.
Recent years have also seen these popular traditions slip away, especially when it comes to Christmas lovers! The excitement for Christmas is starting earlier each year for some, it’s not uncommon for some to welcome the festive season early and set up their trees as soon as Halloween has ended!
