Tom Bombadil is finally heading to Middle-earth in Amazon Prime Video's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2.
Bombadil helped rescue the hobbits from danger in Tolkien’s first book in the saga, The Fellowship of the Ring. Bombadil, who goes by Old Tom, is a “woodland-dwelling man with an ethereal presence and a penchant for nonsense songs and brightly colored clothes.” Despite his presence in the books, Bombadil was cut out of Peter Jackson’sKinnear is best known as Bill Tanner from the James Bond franchise.
New additions to the cast in Season 2 include Kinnear, Stuart Bowman, Selina Lo, Tanya Moodie, Stuart Bowman, Will Keen, Nicholas Woodeson, and Ciarán Hinds.
