Residents ‘will never want to leave the building once they’ve explored all of its possibilities', according to Cortland
Renters who move into Salford's newest skyscraper will have access to a new 'City Pass' - giving perks such as 'new season previews, shopper events and complimentary VIP services'. The new Cortland building, a 50-storey steel-and-glass tower in Greengate, will formally open next Thursday .
Planning permission was granted in 2020 on the condition that developers will restore the baths, but it’s not yet known when this will take place.READ MORE: Read more of today's top stories from the Manchester Evening News While those towers will have apartments for sale, the Cortland block only has flats to rent — and a one-bedroom property is listed for £1,390 per month, with two-beds at £1,729 per month, and a ‘luxe’ three-bedroom flat yours for £4,635 per month.
“A first in the market, it offers residents exclusive access to, and experiences with, a handpicked selection of the city’s best-loved brands including, Harvey Nichols, skin doctors and aesthetics clinic, Javivo, and menswear brand, Private White V.C., where all garments are still handmade on the banks of Manchester’s River Irwell,” a statement touting the pass said.
