Framed around its spectacular natural harbour, the village is the place to head if you want to get away from the noise of the world for an afternoon. Whether you're alone or with a loved one, a few hours in Cove is sure to clear your head. There are also plenty of beauty spots just outside of the village in the nearby settlements of Cockburnspath and Dunglass, which also offer some amenities. The most beautiful of these is easily Pease Bay, home to a beach that needs to be seen to be believed.

Cove is an ideal destination that feels a world away from the hustle and bustle, even though Edinburgh is less than an hour by car. With little in the way of entertainment and attractions, the views and natural beauty of the area really take centre stage.
