I think having a good attitude is a very important thing, as well as eating healthy, wholesome foods.
On the one piece of fitness kit she can’t live without I like to go to the gym and lift weights. After I turned 40, I needed to use more of them because I wasn’t building muscle the same way as before. When I travel, I take bands with me, because I like to do resistance training. I do a simple Pilates-based exercise that helps you keep your back in alignment and prevents aches.
