In the little-known Sydney suburb of Pagewood, houses are up $310 a week year-on-year to $1190 a week.Houses in the coveted town of Noosa are up $330 a week year-on-year to $1200 a week.On the Gold Coast houses for rent are up $360 a week year-on-year to $1400 a week.Also on the Gold Coast, houses for lease are up $400 a week year-on-year to $1250 a week.The Gold Coast also appeared in the top three, with houses at Clear Island Waters up $400 a week year-on-year to $1400 a week.
