Conservative candidate Steve Tuckwell effectively made the campaign a referendum on controversial plans to expand the Ulez, which have been put forward by London’s Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan. On Saturday, Sir Keir furthered criticism of Mr Khan’s policy, saying Labour should ‘reflect’ on the success of this tactic.
