Rikki Neave's body was found arranged in a star shape in woodland near his home in Peterborough in 1994.
His mother Ruth Neave was originally charged with his murder and her abuse of her son was revealed at trial. She was found not guilty of murder but admitted to child cruelty and was sentenced to seven years in prison
