'The View' hosts praised the Supreme Court's decision unanimous ruling against a challenge to abortion pill access

'The View' hosts voiced their support for the Supreme Court's unanimous decision regarding access to a popular abortion on Thursday. The justices ruled against the challengers to the mifepristone pill, finding they did not have the legal standing to sue the FDA.'Under Article III of the Constitution, a plaintiff's desire to make a drug less available for others does not establish standing to sue.

'They did not have the legal standing to do it. The FDA actually has an avenue that you can file complaints, objections around the medication. That is the avenue to pursue it.'Host Ana Navarro also emphasized that the ruling was on standing, not the issue of abortion itself.'It's going to take years but it can make its way up again if it's brought by plaintiffs that have standing,' Navarro said.
