“We are well versed in having two bins in the kitchen, one for recycling and the other for landfill waste. But in the bathroom, many people just have one bin for everything, which ends in landfill. The problem is that many beauty products contain multiple materials, which leaves consumers confused,” says Stephen Clarke, head of communications for recycling company TerraCycle and Loop Europe.
