After Janice Freeman's death, Cyrus says 'thank you for everything' and Hudson says her voice was a 'blessing and inspiration'.
Music stars including Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson have paid tribute to The Voice singer Janice Freeman who has died at the age of 33.
She rose to fame in 2017 on season 13 of the US version of the singing show, where she was on coach Cyrus' team and made it to the top 11. On Freeman's Instagram account, her family said she died from an"extreme case of pneumonia and a blood clot that travelled to her heart". They added:"While at home her husband Dion performed CPR until the ambulance arrived. She passed away at a local hospital shortly after."
