The call for a Voice did not come from politicians. Constitutional recognition is a powerful statement that will drive practical change. Delivery of Voice referendum booklets underwayUp to 13 million pamphlets outlining the Yes and No cases for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament have begun arriving in letterboxes. Canberra voters were the first to receive the 24-page booklets, which outline – in detail – the cases for and against the Voice to Parliament.
