Washington's Lottery released a list of the "luckiest" retailers in the area — aka the stores that sold the most tickets in Washington state worth $1,000 or more in 2023. The south Sound was named the luckiest region in the state for the sixth year in a row, with the top 10 retailers totaling 139 wins. In compiling the list, Washington's Lottery divides the state into seven regions: north Sound, south Sound, Olympic Peninsula, eastern Washington, southwest Washington, Tri-Cities and central Washington.
