“That’s what I’m saying, these guys are coming prepared,” Jones said. “They take this opportunity seriously and the guys we drafted, they got drafted for a reason. When you’re finished doing all your homework you know they’re serious-minded about the game and hadn’t shown any different. It’s early but I really like our class.”“I think the biggest thing is you want to give him a real opportunity,” McCarthy said.
