On "24 Oras," Monday, Game Changer Martin Javier tried out the P199 game created by Alvin Arapoc and Joshua Bicoy of Davao City. The pair got the idea for the game while riding a jeepney themselves. Called Ligaw, the game is set in Caloocan City and players assume the character of a delivery rider who is tasked to deliver parcels at night.
The game was initially a thesis of a group of BS Entertainment and Multimedia Computing students at the University of Caloocan.
