Nearly one in four New York ers admit to turning to booze when faced with major financial decisions, according to a national survey.Half of the 3,000 NY respondents said reducing stress was their primary reason for drinking– and 41 % percent regretted doing so, according to the intoxicating June survey by cardrates.com, a credit card advice website., whose past and present clients include singer George Michael, hockey legend Wayne Gretzky and actor Benicio del Toro.
