A third man has been named and charged after a stabbing inside the Cornerhouse. On Saturday, July 6, Nottinghamshire Police were called to the Skybar inside the venue in Forman Street, Nottingham, shortly before 10pm.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the incident. He has since been discharged. Mackel Hibbert-Loftman, of Beauvale Road, Nottingham, has now been charged with committing grievous bodily harm with intent. The 32-year-old is the third man charged with this offence in connection with this incident.
. Jamie Wright, 33, of Grimston Road, Nottingham, Kyrone Moore, 31, of Premier Road, Hyson Green, have already appeared at the same court charged with the same offence. Detective Chief Inspector Claire Gould, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "This charge is another important step in our investigation. Violence has no place in our city’s nighttime economy and our robust response shows how seriously we take incidents of this nature.”
