The current high-water mark was set back in 2022, when the penthouse at 75 Park Lane traded for $5.7 million. Meanwhile, the median sale price in Jersey City is just $591,000, according to Zillow.

But 77 Hudson—which opened in 2009, designed by award-winning architects Cetra Ruddy with all the luxury tower toys: fitness center, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, kid’s playroom, theater and virtual golf— is a prime beneficiary of the boom.
