Everyone in Hollywood has been linked to a James Bond role, but could a surprise acting power couple be the next 007 and Bond villain?
Two names have been thrown into the ring for James Bond Among all the James Bond rumours flying about – often focused on favourite for the role, Aaron Taylor-Johnson – there’s the chance for a great casting coup with a young couple. With it being three years since Daniel Craig retired from the role after No Time To Die in 2021, we’re still clueless as to who could pick up Bond’s licence to kill. Many contenders have been put forward, including Jonathan Bailey and Theo James.
Could Saoirse Ronan and Jack Lowden become the ultimate 007 power couple? ‘I’d want to break , but honestly it’s whatever Barbara wants!’ When Horowitz then asked her who she would pick if only she could be the villain or Jack could be Bond, the actress smiled over the tough ask before deciding: ‘He should be Bond. If it’s a choice beween the two.’ ‘Isn’t it nice that I’ve done that?’ she then laughed. Fans in the comments were absolutely seeing them both in the respective Bond roles though.
