Since the incredible news that Smithy, Nessa, Gavin and Stacey and the rest of the gang are reuniting for a Christmas Day special broke there have been so many questions fans are dying to have answered.
And, fans are also looking forward to seeing what baby Smithy and Nessa's son Neil and Gavin and Stacey’s not-so little one look like now. Gavin and Stacey co-writer James Corden, 41, who plays Smithy in the show, recently told Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2: “When we shot the last series Nessa and Smithy had had their baby.
And, James’ co-writer Ruth Jones, 53, who plays Nessa on the comedy series added: “We should say a little hello, Oscar if you’re listening. Oscar is one of the babies that was the baby in series three.Oscar, who’s twin brother Ewan also played Neil when Oscar was crying and vice versa, is now 11 years old and, Rob Brydon, 54, who plays Uncle Bryn on the show, said he is perfect for the role of not-so-baby Neil.
