Found And Vision on Portobello Road is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

of late, Clarkson believes that having a physical presence is still an advantage. “We just love having a space that people can come to; it really helps build a genuine community,” the stylist explains. “We’ve got to become friends with so many people that come through.”

Celebrating that community is the aim of Found and Vision’s new magazine, which launched in September and features the likes of Celeste, Georgia May Jagger and Ellie Bamber. “I wanted to celebrate our 10 years, and thought, let’s make a magazine that focuses on vintage,” Clarkson says. The pages of the magazine reflect the eclectic mix of pieces curated by Found and Vision’s three co-founders, from ’70s Laura Ashley dresses to John Galliano-era Dior. “We each have a certain individual taste but the connection between everything is that it’s good quality,” Clarkson explains. “We buy across decades, from the 1920s and ’30s to the 2000s. It’s not all about labels; discovering new designers is always fun.

Found And Vision launched a new vintage-focused magazine last month to celebrate its 10th anniversary.Personal favourites for Clarkson include the likes of Yves Saint Laurent and Alaïa, as well as a lesser-known designer, Antony Price, who rose to fame in the 1970s after dressing the likes of David Bowie and Duran Duran. “I collect odd, weird things for editorial shoots as well; obviously we have so many stylists coming to us,” she adds.

Her top tip for sourcing vintage? “I have my eyes open all the time,” she says, whether it’s stopping by a vintage shop while travelling for work or scouring online auction sites. To this day, Clarkson can still be found at Portobello Market every Friday morning. “It’s my favourite place,” she concludes. “Waking up, I always wonder what I might find.”
