This Morning star Ben Shephard says his ITV co-host Cat Deeley has helped him stay camera ready at all times with a new beauty regime that involves skincare and face masks
TV's Ben Shephard has been raving about the improvements to his skin health ever since he joined the This Morning team.
Ben couldn't hide his enthusiasm when talking about their shared beauty rituals, especially the under-eye patches that help him tackle the swelling, saying: "I whack them on, try and reduce some of the swelling." Some of Ben's followers were huge fans of his new look, with one writing: "Please keep the beard @benshephardofficial !!!! . Another said: "Lovely family, and love the beard Ben suits you."
