This Morning star Josie Gibson has revealed a parenting struggle she faces with her son Reggie, five.
"I try to encourage him to get something healthier out of the fridge like a nice yoghurt or fruit and veg." According to their study, parents are opting to feed their children biscuits and crisps over dairy-rich snacks, leading to a rise nutrient deficiencies."Since I've had Reggie, I've been non-stop on the yogs, so it's surprising other parents are overlooking them."
But a TV insider told OK! how Josie had hoped she would 'become the new Holly,' leaving her upset over the producer's decision.
