This Morning 's Alison Hammond is reportedly feeling rejuvenated after her impressive weight loss journey, which has certainly caught the attention of her fans. Once at her heaviest, wearing a size 28, the presenter has reportedly lost nearly eight stone by eliminating sugar from her diet, increasing her walking and working out with a personal trainer.
True to her word, Alison now regularly shares updates on her fitness routine on social media, which includes a combination of weights, cardio and circuit training. Speaking to Bella Magazine, the source added that the mother-of-one appears to have lost almost eight stone and by doing so, she has "extended her life expectancy by 30 years".
