Phillip Schofield's former This Morning colleagues Alison Hammond, Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary appear to have shown support for the presenter amid his new Channel 5 show.
This Morning favourites Alison Hammond , Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary appear to be rallying behind Phillip Schofield as he embarks on a career revival with a new Channel 5 series. The 62-year-old TV veteran stepped away from This Morning last year following revelations of an affair with a man 34 years his junior who had worked on the popular daytime programme.
Alison, Dermot and Josie have all shown their support by "liking" his social media posts promoting the show, which is set to air next week. They added: "Celebs are not going to be lining up publicly to speak out for him but liking his messages is at least a more subtle way of wishing him luck on his new project. He will have been thrilled to see them like his messages."
Channel 5's commissioning editor Guy Davies has teased the show, saying: "This isn't just a survival challenge, it's a chance for Phillip to look back over the last explosive 18 months of his life, and explore what happened."
