Good news for everyone who works in the grocery industry – you could be eligible for a £150 grant to cover your child's school uniform.
If you're dreading the thought of buying your child new school uniform this summer – and the cost of it – than help might be at hand. Parents in certain jobs can now apply for a new school uniform grant.
Documents required include a current payslip clearly showing the parent's name, employer and NI as well as a Universal Credit statement showing the payment amount and full breakdown of their benefits. If you don't work in the grocery industry, however, you could still be entitled to help with paying for school uniform.
