ZAMBOANGA CITY – Thousands of canned sardines were lined up here for a grand boodle fight on Sunday, October 8, as the city government held “Wow Sardinas!”, one of this year’s highlights of the Zamboa
nga Hermosa Festival.
A total of 21,000 cans of sardines were placed on top of banana leaves on tables side by side spanning a kilometer long and served to thousands of spectators who trooped to RT Lim Boulevard to participate in the boodle fight.
