There is no question that generative artificial intelligence is emerging as a powerful, transformative force in today’s business. In its 27th Annual, PwC looked at how GenAI would significantly change how organizations operate. They concluded the technology is"approaching a critical juncture, seemingly poised to transform business models, redefine work processes and overhaul entire industries.
Generative AI comes with a low barrier to entry, empowering organizations to start small and grow their usage of this technology over time. Because of this, I recommend starting with a particular use case and scaling it to the greater organization from there. The secret to the scaling process is for senior leaders to keep a close pulse on their change management efforts.
Additionally, they can build a digital infrastructure characterized by robust digital resources, dedicated support teams and user feedback loops. All of this goes a long way in preventing the problems that typically arise in the adoption process.Another change management strategy is mitigating organizational resistance around AI.
