Top chefs and music stars will provide fun for everyone

A huge new festival celebrating food and music will descend on Nottingham's Wollaton Park in the summer. Chefs from Michelin star restaurants will be joined by champions from the Great British Bake Off and MasterChef on stage at Foodies Festival.

Chart toppers Blue, The Wanted 2.0 and DJ Judge Jules will bring the tunes to the three-day event, taking place from Friday June 27 to June 29, 2025 in the grounds of the stunning Elizabethan hall. Dubbed 'Gastro Glastonbury', the UK's most popular food and music festival will have live cooking demonstrations, baking tips, and champagne, wine, beer and cocktail classes all included in the ticket price.

Street food, gourmet treats and artisan delicacies, with new and exciting flavours from around the world, will be on sale. The family-friendly event will keep the kids entertained with cooking lessons, crafts and fairground rides. Dogs are also welcome. Highlights include a hot chilli eating challenge, a cooking school with a hands-on lesson from a top chef to make your own dish to take away, a silent disco and a BBQ stage. The event goes on into the evening. It's the first time this particular event has visited Nottingham although the park has hosted food festivals in the past.

Early bird tickets are now on sale starting at £22 for adults, £8.80 children aged 12 to 17, and £5.50 under 12s. A VIP experience, starting at £55 includes a glass of fizz on arrival, access to the VIP lounge, priority registration for theatre and masterclass tickets and a goody bag. Tickets for all three days are available, with adults priced £42.
