The victim suffered serious injuries
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a vicious assault outside a takeaway.
An 18-year-old man was standing outside Valleys takeaway in High Street, Congleton when he was attacked. A thug smashed a pint glass into his head causing serious facial injuries. The incident happened at 1.43am on Saturday October 7th. DC Lauren Thatcher said: “I’d urge anyone who saw the assault or who recognises the man in the CCTV to contact us so that we can progress with our enquiries.”
