Darren McGeachy, 26, lashed out at constable Thomas Provan at a Glasgow police station on July 19 2022.
McGeachy pleaded guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to assaulting the officer as well as Brodie McGregor. McGeachy also shouted at passers by before leaving the flat then returned two hours later acting in a"frantic manner." He also complained about the handcuffs being too tight and claimed that officers were trying to break his arm.
