Thunderstorms, ‘severe’ rain, winds and ‘danger to life floods’ to batter Britain this weekend
UK weather forecast – BRITAIN looks set to be battered by thunderstorms, heavy rain, winds and flooding this weekend.
Forecasters added that heavy downpours could trigger “danger to life” flooding and cause travel disruption across the country. There could be power cuts and other services are expected to come to a standstill in those areas most affected by the stormy weather.
