Calvin Harris, Camelphat and Fatboy Slim are among the acts at this year's festival
The ticketing website has revealed they are "working on" final details before they can print and dispatch tickets. This means that some fans are yet to receive their tickets. A spokesperson has told fans "don't worry" and that tickets will be sent out nearer the event date.
Fans might be eager to get their hands on tickets in the weeks before the event, which takes place between August 22 and August 25. The update sent to fans from Ticketmaster reads: "This is just to let you know that we’re working on a few final details before we can print your tickets, so they haven’t been dispatched just yet. We’re working hard to have this completed, and as soon as this is done, we’ll print them and send them out to you.
"This may not be until nearer the event date, but don’t worry, it’s all in hand – the latest you should receive your tickets is around 3 days before the event - more info on this can be found by watching this short video."
