In a clip shared to the video-sharing platform, Kimberley shared that her 'journey here was over,' as she broke the devastating news to viewers herself 'Those who know me, know I love my pets, my husband, and makeup. And though being a doctor is a big part of my identity, those are the things that matter,' she said during the heartbreaking clip.Kim went on to note that in 2021 she got the 'opportunity to start making TikTok videos,' admitting that she 'never thought anything would come of it.'
'I have become an advocate and a champion. I have worked with several organizations to try to raise more awareness.'The TikTok sensation listed off the various health updates she has candidly laid bare on her social media account throughout the years - adding that she shared information about 'experimental and non-experimental therapies' and the 'various challenges' she faced.
'Those little parts of your day, like that warm first sip of tea in the morning or how it feels when snow is fresh on your face, those are the most beautiful .' After being diagnosed, the TikTok star decided to share her journey online to help inspire others in similar situations. 'And when I think about life and the meaning of life, I think about how I'm at peace with where I am. It's because those things are just so much to be grateful for. The real thing that is huge in life is enjoying the small things,' she said.
She told viewers to go follow her husband and 'love of life,' who would begin posting after he was out of the 'acute phases' of grief.
