TikTok creator Jools Lebron posted about her Southwest Airlines flight into Chicago.
“Southwest isn’t like these other airlines,” Lebron said in her video, which has over 547,000 views as of Thursday morning. “She leaves on time. She doesn’t overbook. The airplane is nice and air-conditioned. She’s not crazy like these other girls.”Lebron isn’t too far off on Southwest’s performance. Southwest’s metrics this year through May shows 76.79% of its flights arrived on-time this year,Its competitors show similar performances for the year, with American Airlines at 75.
